These terms govern your use of bslyr.com and your purchase of BSLYR products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes (calculated at checkout based on your shipping address).

When you complete a purchase, we use Stripe to process your payment and save your payment method to your Stripe customer record so that you can place follow-on orders (such as a one-click reorder offered on your order confirmation page) without re-entering card details. Your card is only charged when you place a new order. You can remove your saved payment method at any time by contacting hello@bslyr.com. By placing an order, you authorize this saved-card behavior.

Orders ship from our manufacturing partner. Standard delivery is 7–15 business days. Tracking activates 48–72 hours after order. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier disruptions outside our control.

BSLYR products are warranted free from manufacturing defects for 60 days from delivery. If your product has a manufacturing defect, email hello@bslyr.com with a photo. Normal wear, misuse, and damage from improper care are not covered.

You agree to use bslyr.com lawfully and not to interfere with the site’s operation, security, or other users’ access.

All content on bslyr.com — including the BSLYR name, wordmark, designs, photographs, and copy — is owned by BSLYR. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

BSLYR’s liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We try to resolve all customer issues directly via hello@bslyr.com. If a dispute can’t be resolved, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
